A challenging, varied and fun-filled workout. A total body workout suitable for every level is what you can expect from a bootcamp workout! Bootcamps are easy to join for both beginners as experienced athletes. This is due to the fact that you’ll be using your own bodyweight in and any objects the natural surroundings can offer. The duration of the workout is 60 minutes. You’ll train in a maximum group size of 15 persons and one professional trainer.
